oh christ, i've been doing some work and i just realized that by the end of the semester (ie, two weeks and some change) i need to process 10 more ~30 minute audio files (only two of which I've started), run some statistics, and write 20 more pages or so.

when all of this is done i am getting blitzed out of my mind.

Okay.  So I had this huge cathartic breakdown in the middle of last night.  In which I realized that I didn't like where my life was going, and that I didn't want to take the path of least resistance.  This was actually several realizations...
